Europe: £15–20 Express (5–7 days). USA: £20–40 DPD Air, fully tracked (7–10 days). Import duties may be payable on delivery.

RERUN RETURNS POLICY

You've got 14 days from the day your order lands to send something back. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with tags on.

We're a really small crew who properly back what we make, and we want everyone to be happy with their Rerun pieces – so if something's not right, we'll sort it.

That said, returns take up a lot of time for a team our size, so please check the measurements and fit notes on each product page before you order. Getting the size right first time helps us keep doing what we do.

To start a return, email toby@rerunstreetwear.com with your order number and let us know which you'd like: 

Swap for a different size – we'll send the new size out on us, subject to stock.

Refund – back to your original payment method. Return postage is on you. International returns: please arrange tracked postage yourself and mark the parcel as "returned goods" so it doesn't get held at customs.

Refunds and credit go out within 5 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank might take a few more days to show it.
